About the Position
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technology Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, validating, maintaining and continuously improving manufacturing processes, digital systems and/or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting and continue to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Python, MS SQL Server and experience deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a Production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes, digital systems and/or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting and continue to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time.
- Capture, analyze and use data to demonstrate and improve the current and future capability of manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- General understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to their business.
- General awareness of Manufacturing Systems and enabling software tools relevant to a production environment.
- Experience deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a Production environment.
- Knowledge of Python, MS SQL Server is preferred.
