Overview:

Duties:
- Planning: Planning maintenance activities, including preventative, repair, and predictive maintenance
- Scheduling: Scheduling work to meet business demands and KPI targets
- Reporting: Reporting on backlog and planned jobs, and updating ongoing jobs
- Safety: Identifying hazards and faults in the plant, and ensuring maintenance work aligns with safety standards
- Record keeping: Maintaining records and files for analysis and reporting, and ensuring files are audit ready
- Improving: Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and preventive maintenance regimes
- Estimates worker-hours and materials required to complete the job
- Maintains files of working documents and back-up for estimate figures.
- Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities.
- Work with Plant Reliability Manager to standardize planning and scheduling practices and provide coaching and capability development with SAP.
- Support development of strategic plans for reliability improvements in the facility.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
- Well versed in SAP PM.
- Ability to report on-site regularly, role will allow some remote flexibility once selected person is acclimated to the team and facility.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline.
- 5 years of equivalent related experience in an engineering or reliability role.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, influence and lead a multi-functional team and foster a proactive team environment without direct authority.
- Ability to successfully work independently and manage projects.
- Comfortable working in an industrial setting and regularly walk across facility.
