Our client, a leading legal service and technology company specializing in handling appellate cases for law firms and corporations, is seeking an Appellate Paralegal to join their team.
About the Role :
In this niche position, you will play a critical role in formatting and preparing complex legal documents such as records, appendices, briefs, and motions. Working closely with typesetting staff and paralegal assistants, you will help assemble comprehensive court filing materials (commonly known as the 'Appellate Book'). The client provides a meticulously crafted case plan for each appeal, outlining deadlines, filings, and documentation for Appellate court proceedings.
