This role offers the chance to assist with the take over a retiring Partner’s significant book of business and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities :
With a minimum of 3 years of experience , you will focus on :
- Mergers and Acquisitions – Handle complex transactions with precision.
- Secured Finance Transactions – Structure and negotiate high-value deals.
- Contracts – Draft, review, and manage a variety of business agreements.
- Business & Commercial Real Estate – Provide expert legal counsel on property transactions.
- Business Formations – Guide new businesses from inception to operation.
- General Business Practice – Offer comprehensive legal support to diverse clients.
