You'll be assiting with taking over a retiring Partner's large book of business.
What You'll Do :
With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you'll focus on :
- Mergers and Acquisitions : Navigate complex transactions with precision and expertise.
- Secured Finance Transactions : Structure and negotiate high-stakes deals.
- Contracts : Draft, review, and manage a variety of business contracts.
- Business and Commercial Real Estate : Provide top-tier legal advice on property transactions.
- Business Formations : Guide new businesses from inception to operation.
- General Business Practice : Offer comprehensive legal support to diverse clients.
