Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Delaware Chancery Litigation
A prestigious law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked Chancery litigation practice in Wilmington, DE. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases in a dynamic and collegial environment that prioritizes attorney development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Delaware Chancery Court matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and corporate governance issues.
- Represent clients in Delaware’s Chancery, Superior, and Supreme Courts, as well as Delaware District Court.
- Assist with complex commercial and securities litigation (preferred but not required).
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Delaware Chancery Court experience required.
- Strong background in litigation, corporate governance, or securities law is a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
- Active Delaware bar license or willingness to take the Delaware bar.
