On-Demand Group is currently seeking for a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement.
Title : Business Analyst
Duration : 6 month contract
Location : 100% remote with preference to be near the office 30-45 min NW of Chicago to be available for rare onsite meetings
Must have :
5-7 years experience working with executives within a global large company as a Business Analyst
Expertise in case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
Reinsurance or Commercial Risk Insurance broking experience
Nice to have :
Ability to speak German, Dutch OR French
The Business Analyst in the Global Platforms team is a role where you will be supporting the team deliver new solutions to European countries' business. You will engage with local colleagues of all seniority levels to understand their processes and assist them in their transition to a new operating environment.
What the day will look like
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for :
Relationship management working directly with colleagues in different countries to understand their processes and requirements.
Analyzing the local processes and requirements to then assist in the development of global processes and solutions.
Producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including, but not limited to, business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with leading business and technical SMEs.
Flexibility to work with diverse teams from different countries and cultures.
Confidence to influence and challenge to ensure program strategy is adhered to.
Self-motivated and able to take leadership on areas of work assigned.
Ability to see the “big picture” solution but equally drill down to low-level detail when required.
Analytical ability to understand complex subjects and transferring that knowledge into required deliverables.
Experience in producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including, but not limited to, business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
Ability to speak English is a must.
Ability to speak German, Dutch and French would be beneficial.
Knowledge of Commercial Risk Insurance Broking
The projected hourly range for this position is $45 to $60.
