Job Title: End User Support
Duration: Contract through end of 2025 possibility to extend
Location: (Onsite) Minneapolis, MN
Job Description:
- Our client is in need of a well-rounded End User Support consultant that is polished and seasoned to help with front line client facing technical troubleshooting.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to MS teams support, conference room/projector setup.
- Highly customer service oriented, can-do attitude, bedside manner and professional.
- Prefer ServiceNow experience
The projected hourly range for this position is $30-35/hr.
