On-Demand Group is currently seeking a Sr. Data Analyst for a 6 month contract engagement. This role is a hybrid work set-up, requiring onsite work 2 days / week. Only candidates currently located in the Twin Cities will be considered.
Sr Data Analyst

Open to 100% remote, but strongly prefer onsite hybrid Tues / Thurs weekly for stakeholder collaboration
Our client needs a team of Data Analysts to help create reports with their new Cognos to Snowflake to ThoughtSpot migration. These analysts will be extracting data from Snowflake and using ThoughtSpot (or Excel in some cases) to create reports for business users. The end goal is to have all the reports they had in Cognos, to now be created in ThoughtSpot.
Must Have’s
- ThoughtSpot (generating reports)
- moderate to advanced SQL knowledge – for direct investigation, data manipulation, enrichment (especially in modern environments like Snowflake)
- passing familiarity with python, R, or other scripting in data environments
- Excel
- Knowledge of ETL concepts.
- Reliable, hardworking, effective communication.
Capabilities
The projected hourly range for this position is $60 to $70.
