Duties Include:
- Under direction of DON the LPN will perform vital duties such as: medication administration, MAT assistance
- Attend to the needs of the client while assisting their engagement
- Respond and interact with clients/staff using professionalism and courtesy
- Other duties as warranted by needs of facility
- Answer phones and greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Communicate with staff regarding clients and service performed.
- Schedule appointments for services and obtain necessary prior authorizations.
- Properly and accurately document data related to the identification of the donor and completion of sample labels, logs, and billing sheets.
- Complete daily paperwork and enter.
- Scan and send physical results to companies.
- Assist with client chart audits and work with staff and physicians to ensure proper documentation and billing.
- Performs other clerical duties including inventory and maintenance of supplies, copying, faxing, scanning and mailing as assigned.
- Attend required training's and maintain required credentials associated with the position.
Requirements:
- Employee must hold a current, valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Current and valid CPR Certification
- Detail oriented
- Strong client assessment skills
- Reliability to work assigned days and schedule.
