Job Summary
IMMEDIATE HIRE! ON DEMAND SECURITY SERVICES, LLC is looking for licensed security officers that are dedicated and proactive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to Security, Access control and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Duties (include but are not limited to the following) : WAREHOUSE

• Access Control
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain order and establish presence.
• Checking Identifications and admitting visitors.
• Report suspicious activity or possessions to management.
• Provide assistance to employees and management when needed.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) for security purposes (if needed).
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurances.

Skills

• Proven experience as security officer or guard. *NEW LICENSES WELCOME*
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle any disputes or issues that may arise.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A background in law enforcement or military service is beneficial but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
