Job Type: Part-Time, As-Needed Basis (Tuesday – Saturday)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist – Scalp Therapy Specialist to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will specialize in professional scalp therapy and be responsible for providing tailored treatments that promote scalp health and hair wellness. Comprehensive training for all scalp therapy sessions will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional scalp therapy sessions, including scalp analysis, scalp treatments, and scalp massage.
• Provide exceptional blow-dry services following treatments.
• Education clients on scalp and skincare best practices and recommend appropriate products.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, collect payments, and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Maintain and restock inventory for treatment rooms and front desk.
• Assist with general front desk duties, including answering phones and providing customer service.
• Keep workstations clean and adhere to all sanitation and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid MA Cosmetology License required.
• Experience in scalp treatments, blow-drying, and hair care preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, with variable hours from Tuesday through Saturday as needed.
