Job Duties
- Provide nurse delegation services to Assisted Living facilities, Adult Family Homes, and In-Home Care Companies
- Work one-on-one with caregivers in various setting to provide oversight and training on a scheduled and as needed basis
- Review provider orders to identify additional delegated tasks and communicate need for additional delegation with appropriate facility staff
- Verify physician orders against facility MAR and identifying discrepancies
- Documenting nursing assessments on approved nurse delegation form
- Creating Instruction for Nursing Task Sheets for delegated tasks
- Participates in the RND training meeting with DSHS
- Works with the RND Nursing Lead to problem solve, address questions and overcome barriers
- Attends bi-monthly RND team meetings to address questions, workflows, barriers and assists in problem solving

- Expertly guide Senior Living Communities through State Surveys, achieving a pass rate for Nurse Delegation services. Upholding compliance and delivering excellence in service during regulatory evaluations is crucial to our commitment to exceptional care.
- Efficiently finish RapidAssess resident assessments within a comfortable timeframe, assuring a 2-business day turnaround for 95% of assessments conducted throughout each month. We prioritize thoroughness to ensure a positive experience in every assessment.
- Sustain high community satisfaction rates for Nurse Delegation in the assigned communities and Adult Family Homes, fostering positive experiences and relationships.
- Timely complete nurse visits, consistently achieving a high adherence rate.
- Efficiently wrap up 90-day assessments for senior living communities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of WA and OR
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Experience with critical thinking, nursing assessments and medication management/reconciliation
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to drive up to one and a half hours one way at times
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN preferred
- Experience with geriatric population
