The Role And What You’ll Do
This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the Enterprise team to develop and implement the content strategy for our robust catalog of hospitality offerings; including our official hospitality packages, travel packages, Elite packages, and high-end custom programming for individuals and corporations looking to attend any of On Location’s official rightsholder events including Super Bowl, FIFA World Cup, Olympic Games, the Masters, the U.S. Open Tennis, etc.
At the direction of the Director of Product Content & Strategy, the Content Strategy Manager will support the development and execution of content across the Enterprise team, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, and on-brand for new and existing clients. The Content Strategy Manager will also be responsible for helping to manage and track against project timelines across multiple teams and key internal stakeholders through our project management tools to ensure deliverables are met. Additionally, the Content Strategy Manager will be responsible for maintaining our internal knowledge base for the Enterprise team to ensure the Enterprise Account Management team and leadership have access to the latest information.
The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, an interest in creating and editing various forms of content, is highly organized, resourceful, a strong communicator, and excels at managing multiple projects at once.

- Support the content strategy efforts for the Enterprise Business to effectively showcase On Location’s portfolio of access, in addition to high-end travel and hospitality experiences targeted towards corporate clients and ultra-high net worth individuals
- Support in the creation of Custom Business Development team collateral including FIFA World Cup, On Location Core Business, and Olympic & Paralympic Games (as needed)
- Generate engaging content ideas, including presentation decks, internal and external facing newsletters, and sales collateral to enable client retention and new business opportunities
- Track and maintain the Enterprise projects and tasks in our project management system, working alongside the VP of Enterprise and the Director, Product Content & Strategy to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize our knowledge bases and archives, ensuring all materials are properly tagged, filed, and organized in an easily resourced format.
- Work directly with Product Content, Marketing and On Location at-large to develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone, while abiding by specific content requirements.
- Distribute new and/or updated materials to the Enterprise team, helping with any questions they may have or supporting any identified content gaps or needs they may have.
- Proactively support and identify opportunities to improve our materials and storytelling based on the business unit’s goals
- Collaborate with the Enterprise team to execute and manage any Request For Proposal (RFPs) timelines and content build out as needed
- Liaise with On Location and TKO at-large to identify and develop cross-company content updates and integrations, where applicable
- Excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, for both internal and external audiences to collaborate with internal stakeholders and convey content strategy effectively
- Produce accurate work, even when under pressure, and check accuracy of information before using or passing on to others
- Practices attentive and active listening, with flexibility and adaptability, in order to determine what drives results
- Demonstrates good follow-through on information and project status
- Demonstrated ability of organization and project management skills
- Able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- Fluency in English for writing, proofing, and editing content
- Minimum 2 years of experience proofing and driving content for Sales, Hospitality, Marketing, Internal/External Communications, Business Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Keynote, Adobe, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Experience in curating and developing custom experience elements for corporate and/or UHNWI
- Balance of creativity / innovation to dream big with the realistic logistical expertise to get things done
- Working knowledge or previous experience with Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma
- SEO knowledge or basics understanding
- E-commerce knowledge and experience
