The Role And What You’ll Do
As a Creative Approvals Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Hospitality Programme, you will assist in the review and approval of creative materials, ensuring compliance with FIFA’s brand guidelines and standards. Reporting to the Creative Approvals Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand creative output.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The Role And What You’ll Do
As a Creative Approvals Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Hospitality Programme, you will assist in the review and approval of creative materials, ensuring compliance with FIFA’s brand guidelines and standards. Reporting to the Creative Approvals Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand creative output.
- Support the review and approval process for creative materials, including advertisements, digital assets, brochures, and event collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely submission and feedback on creative assets.
- Track and document the status of creative approvals, maintaining organized records for reference.
- Assist in providing feedback on creative submissions to ensure alignment with FIFA’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor creative timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule and escalate delays as necessary.
- Communicate updates and guidance to partners regarding FIFA’s brand expectations and approval processes.
- Support the Creative Approvals Manager in maintaining and updating creative guidelines and documentation.
- Conduct basic audits of creative materials to ensure compliance with FIFA’s standards.
- 1-3 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, with exposure to brand management or approvals.
- Familiarity with creative processes, including design and production workflows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review creative materials for quality and consistency.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).
