We are looking for an experienced & passionate Manager, E-commerce to support the execution and management of global e-commerce/direct-to-consumer strategy for Olympic & Paralympic Hospitality packages for Milan Cortina 2026 and LA28. This role focuses on driving online revenue, understanding the profile and motivations of online buyers, and improving the user experience on the e-commerce platform. The Manager, E-Commerce will work closely with teams such as Product, Ticketing, Marketing, Guest Services, and Technology to optimize the e-commerce platform and drive consumer engagement. This role reports to the Director, Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Assist in implementing e-commerce strategies aligned with the objectives of event business lines.
- Provide input to leadership on trends, market insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Support team members by providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and enhance the user journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is functional, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience.
- Hands-on experience in CMS; comfortable with implementing site content updates and front-end optimizations.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ideate and implement conversion-driving site enhancements and best-in-class user experiences.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Support the execution of promotional strategies to highlight event-specific offerings.
- Track sales performance and provide recommendations to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through the platform.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track the success of e-commerce efforts.
- Provide insights based on data analysis to inform future strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related role, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Appreciation of popular culture and an understanding of consumer interests across key passion points, such as sports, culture, art, fashion, music, and entertainment.
