What You’ll Do
As a Junior Product & Pricing Analyst, you’ll support On Location’s Olympic Hospitality team by helping track and analyze hotel inventory, product allocations, and pricing data for the 2026 Winter Games in Milan and 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles. You’ll work across Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations, building reports and dashboards in Omni to give teams real-time visibility into our inventory and pricing performance. You’ll also help analyze sales trends, monitor competitive pricing, and support regular inventory audits to keep our data clean and actionable. This is a hands-on role where you’ll dig into data, solve problems, and help drive smarter decisions for one of the world’s biggest hospitality programs.

Responsibilities
Data & Inventory Management:
- Collect, validate, and maintain product, inventory, and pricing data within a BI tool (Omni) and other business platforms (Airtable, Optimo).
- Support regular audits and reconciliations of asset inventory to ensure pricing and availability are accurately reflected.
- Assist with tracking inventory allocations between product verticals to support internal liability tracking.
- Analyze sales data, booking patterns, and customer behavior to recommend pricing adjustments that optimize revenue and inventory usage.
- Monitor competitive pricing and market trends to identify opportunities for product maximization, bundling, or repositioning.
- Support the development of dynamic pricing models to help inform future rate strategies.
- Assist in building and maintaining pricing and inventory dashboards in a BI Tool (Omni), providing real-time visibility to Product, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Translate data into clear insights and summaries for internal reporting and leadership updates.
- Document pricing workflows, inventory processes, and key definitions to drive consistency across teams and support onboarding/training.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies across systems (Omni, Airtable, Optimo), escalating where needed.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing, and commercial product teams to forecast demand, ensuring inventory is allocated appropriately to meet business needs.
- Support in identifying and monitoring trends in inventory and sales in support of risk mitigation suggestions, as well as recommendations on pricing or product adjustments to optimize sell-through and revenue maximization.
You Have These :
- 1-3 years experience in data analysis, pricing analysis, product operations, or inventory management — ideally within hospitality, live events, sports, or travel sectors.
- Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (Omni experience preferred, but Tableau, Power BI, or similar also helpful).
- Proficiency in Airtable, Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to connect the dots between pricing, sales performance, and inventory health.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear stories for non-technical teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting timelines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally — partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Curiosity and adaptability — excited to learn new platforms and take ownership of processes as the program evolves.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-focused mindset.
