Job Purpose
The Strategic Client Advocate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with our largest clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to develop tailored solutions.
- Work with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 4 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
