On My Own Independent Living Services is hiring Empowered Parenting Program (EPP) Facilitators! We offer flexible scheduling for both part-time and full-time employment.
No previous experience necessary! We provide paid, on the job training and support. As a Facilitator, you will provide in-home training to help to strengthen the alliances, commitments, and strategies that result in unique outcomes in the lives of the people served.
EPP Facilitator Daily Tasks Include:
- Assess the knowledge, skills, and abilities of clients in early childhood development, creating limits and rules, teaching, safety, nutrition, etc.
- Provide skills training in areas of deficiency to meet the clients’ goals; and participate in meetings as needed to help modify their training objectives.
- Establish training or maintenance schedules with clients.
What do you need to become an EPP Facilitator?
- Valid California driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance in employee’s name.
- Knowledge of necessary skills required for an adult to successfully and safely parent a child.
