We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to grow our business in the Indianapolis area. In this role, you’ll drive revenue by building relationships with current customers, attracting new accounts, and executing promotional and marketing plans to increase brand visibility. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to make a significant impact in the food distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales volume with current customers and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Expand the customer base by acquiring new accounts.
  • Execute company-sponsored promotions, including securing product displays, shelving, and racks.
  • Process orders using a handheld tablet or cellphone and accurately manage invoices.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through excellent communication and detailed follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote products and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG (Food & Beverage).
  • Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (Required).
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Houston.

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear, concise interactions with customers and team members.
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to establish high standards for self and team.
  • Forecasting and analytic abilities to assess sales trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.

Estamos en busca de un Representante de Ventas proactivo para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestro negocio en el área de Indianapolis area. Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para promover los productos e implementar estrategias de ventas.

Requisitos y Calificaciones:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente (Licenciatura preferida).
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en ventas, idealmente en empresas de FMCG (Alimentos y Bebidas).
  • Licencia de conducir válida y uso de vehículo propio.
  • Dominio del español (Requerido).
  • Disposición y capacidad para viajar dentro de Indianapolis
