As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Computerize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments
- Provide personal assistant support to office staff as needed
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Type and proofread documents with accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software is preferred
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles is beneficial
- Competency in calendar management for scheduling appointments
