On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Residential Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gilbert, AZ!

This role serves as a bridge between internal teams and our clients to best showcase soon-to-be vacant and vacant properties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide internal support to our Property Management, Inspections, and Onboarding departments
- Diligently market properties with vacancies that are being onboarded
- Leverage AI to write engaging marketing descriptions
- Swiftly remarket properties that are being vacated
- Make adjustments to property listings promptly
- Meet (or exceed) deadlines for routine tasks
- Attend company, team, and individual training as required
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Active AZ Real Estate License
- 6 months in property management or related field
- Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
