What we are looking for:
Our growth has opened an opportunity to add a Business Development Manager in our Bentonville, AR office. This role will support our clients as a sales partner through working collaboratively with a fantastic team of other business managers, analysts, and replenishment/supply chain professionals.
Are you a seasoned Sales/Account Leader with experience leading Walmart and Sam’s business that is looking for a great company culture and fantastic environment to apply and grow your skills?

Are you a Sales or Category Analyst that is ready to move into a role managing all aspects of a client’s business as a Business Manager.

What you will be working on:
* A variety of brands and categories supporting our client’s business
* Advise clients as they prepare for business meetings, line review, and other activities
* Using our data tools, provide communication as to the day-to-day needs of client business
* Navigate new product launches and existing product distribution changes
* Work collaboratively with other team members to identify best paths
What you will need to bring:
* Integrity, hustle, with attention to detail
* Timely, accurate, and exceptional communication skills
* Ability to engage and build positive rapport with a variety of personality types
* Excellent time management skills
* Enjoy a variety of work challenges both as a team member and independently
* Skilled at transforming data into business strategies
* Knowledge to support retailer processes such as modulars, product transitions, and cost changes
* Drive to stay current on retailer initiatives and expectations
* 5 years relevant industry experience
* Exceptional MS Office skills especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Proficiency in using Retail Link and Luminate data
