on / Sight is looking for a creative Frontend Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with bonus points for experience in Liquid and Shopify. A strong understanding of UX design principles and the DTC e-commerce landscape is highly desirable.

- Develop and customize Shopify websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Liquid
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life
- Translate designs and requirements from Figma into functional, high-performance websites
- Communicate technical details and project updates to clients and address issues as they arise
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a smooth user experience
- Optimize internal tools and workflows for efficiency
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Shopify development or other e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Liquid templating language
- Experience with Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development
- Experience with GSAP animations and CSS transitions to enhance user interactions
- Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive web design
- Experience with Git and version control
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in an agency setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
