About the Role
As a QA Engineer at on/Sight, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of the stores we build and features we publish. You will be responsible for manual and automated testing, visual quality assurance, and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and project managers to maintain a high standard of deployment across all browsers and devices.

Responsibilities
- Perform manual and visual QA testing to verify feature implementations.
- Learn and utilize QA platforms like Userback for tracking and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless feature rollouts.
- Write, maintain, and optimize automated testing suites using Cypress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs with creative problem-solving.
- Continuously improve and own the QA process, identifying ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn software testing methodologies, including automated testing with tools like Cypress.
- Experience with manual test execution, quality assurance, or web-based testing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Extreme attention to detail to catch inconsistencies or visual defects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where tasks may shift frequently.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Previous agency experience is a plus but not required.
