Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, equipment rentals, or industrial services. You must have a strong knowledge of the construction industry and service industry, excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, and self-motivation and goal orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling sanitation, temporary fencing, HVAC rentals, or similar services is an asset. An established network of contacts in the construction industry is also beneficial.
