Pick Up and Delivery Driver (Trailer Experience Required)

What will you do in this role?

• The primary focus of the Sanitation Pick Up & Delivery Technician (P&D) is to timely and professionally deliver portable restrooms, as well as efficiently pick up the units.
• Responsible for moving a large number of portable restrooms through the utilization of a company trailer up to 37 feet in length with a company pump truck (Ford F550 or F350).
• Load, secure, and unload trailer(s) at customer site and in accordance with the customer’s wishes as it pertains to their staging wishes.
• Occasional minor repairs that will need to be made to the unit(s) while in the field.
• Operation and maintenance of service vehicle, including daily vehicle inspections, proper preparing of necessary paper work and vehicle related reports.
• Required to fulfill the position obligations for the Sanitation Route Technician and will need to be well versed in that position prior to being moved into the role of P&D.

What qualifications are required?

• Valid Driver's License
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to start your shift at 5:30am and have flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card
• Ability to operate ramps, lifts, long trailers, and secure equipment and devices as needed
