Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Identify, source, and target potential customers in the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and site visits to construction projects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts , ensuring we are delivering the solutions to our customers.
- Collaborate with operations team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the best solution to service our customers.
- Track sales performance through CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Stay updated on company product knowledge, industry trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects in the region.
