PAID INTERNSHIP FOR ENTRY LEVEL NON-EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER
On-Site Health & Safety is looking for people interested in exploring the world of occupational health and safety. Our corporate-sponsored internship program will pay you to attend our Entry Level Field Technician Education and Training Program. Successful candidates will complete the program in 3 phases. Each phase requires you to graduate from each program and receive a passing score on a pass / fail scale. The program breakdown is as follows :
- Emergency Medical Responder Course : Attend a 57-hour in-person class followed by 2 observation Ride-A-Longs.
- Field Technician Basic Course : Attend a 40-hour hybrid online and in-person course and a 40-hour Ride-A-Long program where you will be graded and observed.
- Development Course : Operate independently for 80 days. A member of the Training Academy will continue to observe and grade your performance and development. If you can pass all the criteria, a Mobile Field Technician job offer will be offered.
If you are interested, you must first meet the following criteria :
Must have at least a 3-5 year driving history. Driving history can be substituted to meet requirements by providing documented evidence from a certified driving school in defensive and safe driving training.
