On Site Lube is a fast-growing mobile lube service for construction machinery, semi-trucks, and fleet vehicles. Our mission? Saving companies time and money by bringing preventative maintenance directly to their job sites.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Parts Manager to take charge of everything related to filters—tracking, ordering, pricing, and organizing parts for our services. This role is part-time with hours that fluctuate based on workload, especially at the start of each month when work orders are created.
What You'll Do
✔ Manage all things filters: Look up part numbers, track down suppliers, place orders, and maintain an accurate inventory.
✔ Organize & Prep Work Orders: Ensure every job has the right parts, ready to go when our techs hit the road.
✔ Keep Pricing & Vendor Info Up to Date: Maintain pricing sheets, compare costs, and ensure we get the best deals.
✔ Work in Sync with Our Team: Communicate with technicians and management to keep services running smoothly.
✔ Adapt to Workload Changes: Some weeks will be busier than others, so flexibility is key.
Who We're Looking For
✅ Someone detail-oriented who can track multiple moving parts (literally and figuratively).
✅ A problem solver who enjoys digging to find the right part at the right price.
✅ Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Google Docs, spreadsheets, and online ordering platforms.
✅ Reliable & Independent – You take ownership of your work and don’t need micromanagement.
✅ Knowledge of construction/heavy equipment is a plus (but not required).
Why Join Us?
Make an Impact: Your work directly affects our efficiency and bottom line.
Flexible Schedule: Some weeks will be busier, some lighter—we work with your availability.
Industry Exposure: Get hands-on experience in fleet maintenance and heavy equipment logistics.
Room to Grow: As we scale, so can your role and opportunities within the company.
