Duties:
- Provide primary care services to patients with wound care needs, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds.
- Prescribe and manage medications for patients with wound care conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care to patients.
- Ensure infection control measures are followed in all patient care settings.
Experience:
- Wound Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in providing care for patients with wound care needs.
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols.
