We are "Member Owned and Colorado Proud!" On Tap Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Sr Vice President of Lending to lead the mortgage, consumer, commercial lending, and collections divisions supporting the Credit Union's strategic initiatives.
With $400 million in assets, located in beautiful Golden, Colorado, reporting to the Executive Vice President, the incoming leader will create the vision and execute the Credit Union’s uniquely crafted lending strategy, direct and coordinate all lending activities while ensuring compliance with all lending policies, state, and federal regulations.
A minimum of ten years senior lending experience, plus a minimum of five to seven years in a senior leadership role is required; experience within the credit union industry, is preferred. Expertise in mortgage, consumer lending, commercial lending, and collections is required. An exceptional visionary approach to enhance the credit union's footprint in different markets would be beneficial in this role.
