Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in managing an office of 5-10 employees

- Proven recruiting experience

-Bilingual in Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

• Interviewing and testing applicants for a variety of temporary positions
• Communicating with clients and sales team
• Collecting and submitting time sheets for payroll
• Coordinating job fairs and hiring events
• Working alongside recruiters to fill open job orders
• Meet goals and metrics
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable law
• Skills
• Proven branch management experience, or similar role

• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focusedPay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year or DOE
