Position Overview
The Program Manager plays a key role in executing high-impact workforce training programs. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing training initiatives, maintaining data systems to track trainee progress, and ensuring successful program implementation. Key Responsibilities
Training Program Coordination & Execution
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of training sessions for instructors, trainees, and facilities.
- Ensure training materials and program documentation are distributed and updated.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including credentialing agencies.
- Assist in developing and improving training processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and support the Learning Management System (LMS) for program delivery.
Program Data & Impact Management
- Track and manage trainee data within CRM (HubSpot) to assess program impact.
- Analyze training effectiveness and compile reports with key metrics.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of certifications, attendance, and job placement outcomes.
Partner & Trainee Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with employer partners to facilitate job placements for trainees.
- Identify employer hiring needs and align training programs to meet workforce demands.
- Organize hiring events and provide guidance to trainees on job readiness and career pathways.
- Track job placement metrics and gather employer feedback to improve program effectiveness.
Social Media & Outreach
· Manage ReadyToWork’s social media platforms, posting updates on training programs, success stories, and events.
· Develop content that highlights employer partnerships, workforce success stories, and community impact.
· Coordinate marketing materials and outreach strategies to enhance program visibility.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in workforce development, training coordination, or program administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and training material development is a plus.
- Experience working with diverse populations and community partners.
