What You'll Be Doing:
- Create Beautiful Nails: Perform manicures, pedicures, and stunning nail enhancements (note: we don't offer acrylic nails, but there are plenty of other exciting techniques to explore!).
- Keep Things Clean & Safe: Maintain a neat, sanitized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both you and your clients.
- Client Care & Education: Help clients with expert advice on nail care and recommend products to keep their nails looking fabulous at home.
- Upsell & Boost the Experience: Guide clients toward additional services or products that enhance their beauty routine.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Create lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay updated on the latest nail art styles and beauty trends so you can offer the best and most trendy services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Nail Care Skills: You know your way around manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, with a passion for creativity and precision.
- Bonus Skills: If you have experience in hair threading, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments, that's a plus!
- People Person: You’re outgoing, kind, and have a natural ability to connect with people.
- Sales Savvy: If you’re comfortable suggesting additional services and products to clients, that’s a huge plus!
- Cosmetology Knowledge: A background in cosmetology is helpful, but not necessary — we’re happy to train you!
