Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the salon industry, a strong background in hair services, and at least a partially established clientele that they bring with them. As an experienced Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating stunning, personalized looks that enhance our clients' natural beauty while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Duties

• Provide a variety of advanced hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
• Demonstrate expertise in color theory and deliver perfect, personalized results.
• Apply hair extensions, perform hair threading, and other specialized techniques as requested by clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
• Engage with clients at the front desk, manage appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Offer tailored recommendations to clients based on their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Promote retail sales of premium hair care products and beauty items to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and beauty treatments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a high-volume salon environment.
• Established clientele that you will bring with you to the salon.
• Advanced knowledge of hair cutting, coloring techniques, and current trends in the beauty industry.
• Proven expertise in applying hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and other specialized hair treatments.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team while being self-motivated.
• Valid cosmetology license required.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying current with trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.76 - $20.57 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
