What You’ll Do
- Weekly/Bi-Weekly Cleanings – Perform regular cleanings in homes where you have matched with clients in our portfolio, which include general dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining clean, organized living spaces. These cleanings are typically lighter and focus on maintaining cleanliness for our clients who require frequent upkeep.
- Deep Cleans – Our deep cleans are the most important and intensive service we offer. They go beyond the basics, requiring extra time and attention to detail. This involves scrubbing baseboards, deep-cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting hard-to-reach places, and handling any areas that have been neglected or need special care. Deep cleans are an essential part of keeping homes in top shape and often occur after significant periods between regular cleaning or when a home needs an extra layer of care and attention.
- Follow Property-Specific Checklists – Ensure that each home is cleaned according to the specific needs of the property.
- Communication – Notify the office promptly if you encounter any damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns.
- Work within Established Schedules – Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed within the set time frames while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document Your Work – Photograph the property before leaving and upload photos to the Client Relationship Management tool
- Log Your Hours – Track your time for OTF billing purposes.
Why Work With OTF?
- Consistent Full-Time Work – This is an opportunity to fill your schedule with a consistent client matching process, providing you with a stable opportunity to earn regular income.
- Clear Expectations – All cleanings follow a detailed checklist in our client management system, allowing you to track your time and stay updated on your schedule.
- Support System – We handle client communication, linens, trash, and supply restocking—you just focus on delivering exceptional cleaning.
- Extra Care for Deep Cleans – Deep cleans are the most intensive and important cleanings we do, requiring extra special attention and care. These jobs demand a level of detail and thoroughness that sets us apart, and we are looking for cleaners who take pride in providing this top-tier service.
