Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Achieve sales targets
- Work closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience including providing information to clients about pre/post care.
- Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
- Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
- Operate front of house duties including greeting customers, communicate with the intent to sell in a friendly & non threatening way about treatments & products, follow up w/ leads, problem-solve, excellent communication skills via in person and phone and coordination of customer treatments.
- Assist with Managerial Duties and overall operations.
Job Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (varying hours 10-6:30)
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
