This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of credit card processing industry professionals delivering innovative payment processing solutions to merchants. OTM Payments is seeking a friendly, energetic and reliable Client Success Specialist to work with our sales team in onboarding clients with smooth and efficient setup, support and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include RESPONDING TO INCOMING INQUIRIES, TROUBLESHOOTING, NEW MERCHANT SETUP, PROVIDING TIMELY INFORMATION AND FOLLOW-UP, SUPPORTING SALES INITIATIVES.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 Years experience in payments or financial services preferred, but not required
Hybrid work environment requiring field work within NJ-NY
Multi-lingual Spanish-speaking a plus
Work well in a team environment
Enthusiastic, self-driven, problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal communication skills
Able to multitask
