What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Overnight Residential Peer Specialist position at On the Road to Wellness?

On the Road to Wellness is a non-profit Peer Support Agency that has been serving adults managing their mental health and wellness for over 35 years.
This overnight position is for our Step-Up Step-Down program which is a 90-day, non-clinical wellness program with a housing component. We offer 24-hour peer support to our guests.
On the Road to Wellness will support all staff in completing requirements to become a Certified Peer Specialist for the state of New Hampshire within 1 year of hire.

- A strong commitment to your own recovery and wellness
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
- A willingness to be open about your mental health journey, and an ability to be strategic about the details you share.
- Weekend and Overnight availability
- A desire to learn, grow, and be trained to become a Certified Peer Support Specialist
All current job opportunities are part-time or per diem. We are looking to hire individuals that are willing to fill overnight shifts (11pm-7am) in our 24/7 program. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to make a difference in our community.
