Office Admin Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin professional to join our fast growing team. This role will be responsible for managing expense records, processing reports, and supporting office administration,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Process invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well independently and with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 80 per week
