Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Process invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
- Verify accuracy of invoices.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Communication:
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and staff.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping.

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
