Job Summary
On the Run Legal Solutions, LLC is a full-service legal support provider. The support staff is responsible for providing services such as; answering phones, setting up new job orders, drafting documents, answering client questions, and office work including scanning, copying, mailing and updating file systems. Applicants MUST pass a background and drug screen.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring client deadlines are met
- Clerical; filing scanning, copying
- Checking dockets and following up with court clerks
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer skills, GSuite and Excel
- Excellent time management
- Pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening
