Auto Detail Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Detail Manager to oversee and manage the car detailing operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess expertise in car detailing techniques.

Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of detailers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles post-detailing to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new detailers on proper techniques for cleaning, buffing, and window tinting
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Drive vehicles to different locations as required

Skills:

- Prior experience in customer service, car wash, or custodial roles
- Proficiency in various detailing tasks including cleaning, buffing, and window tinting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results consistently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and train a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Must have 2 years experience
