Job Overview:
We are seeking a Detail Manager to oversee our car detailing operations. As a Detail Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed to meet customer satisfaction. If you have experience in car detailing, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of detailers to ensure efficient and high-quality work
- Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to detailers
- Perform car detailing tasks such as buffing and cleaning
- Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new detailers on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing recommendations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car detailing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles (valid driver's license required)
- Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
