Mobile-Unit Auto Detail Specialist

Job Description
The mobile-unit specialist is responsible for the operation, maintenance and overall productivity of the mobile wash unit. The mobile specialist greets customers, explains services, and performs hand-washes as well as detailing services. The role requires efficiency and diligence as washes and services must be completed in a timely manner. The role also requires effective communication and an approachable attitude as the mobile specialist represents On the Spot to all customers. We are looking for candidates who can work without constant supervision and problem-solve independently.

Job Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• 2 years of detailing experience
• Ability to lift 45lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to get in and out of vehicles routinely without injury
• High focus on detail
• Self-managed and dependable
• Gritty and resilient; can be a tasking job with wet, dirty, hot and cold conditions
• Team-oriented mindset; able to direct and lead effectively
• A strong desire to learn and better themselves
• A strong passion for quality and a commitment to upholding our company’s values
• Must have a valid driver's license and no record of DUI convictions

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
