Job Summary :
The Assistant to the Field Leader supports the Field Leader in managing daily operations, coordinating delivery and installation teams, and ensuring high-quality service. This role requires experience with appliance delivery and installation processes, administrative support, and on-site assistance to optimize team efficiency and uphold customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Field Leader in organizing and scheduling delivery and installation routes.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure clarity on appliance installation requirements and assignments.
- Provide on-site support during appliance deliveries and installations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, client interactions, and appliance-specific performance metrics.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and contractors to address questions or concerns related to appliance deliveries and installations.
- Conduct contractor field evaluations to identify potential challenges.
- Support inventory management, including ensuring tools and equipment specific to appliance installation are available and in good condition.
- Identify and escalate operational challenges, such as appliance damage or installation issues, to the Field Leader for resolution.
- Any other tasks assigned.
