Routed Saturday Medical Courier - Contract Opportunity
Company Background Life Couriers is a company specializes in medical, pharmaceutical, and standard delivery for both the private and public sectors.
Contractor Sought Life Couriers is looking for a dependable and professional independent contractor courier with a High-roof Sprinter Van or 12ft Box Truck for the following:
Services Sought For this contract you will be picking up medical totes from our warehouse to deliver to 6 stops in the Chicago Land area. **NOTE: routes may change unexpectedly based on customer needs
Saturday from 8:30am - 2pm (or until finished)
Contractor Commissions
- $.80 r/t plus $6.50 per stop - Total pay is $180.60 plus fuel surcharge
- Paid every Friday through our third-party administrator Openforce
- Specific commission details can be discussed later in the pre-contracting process
Requirements for Contract
- Be at least 21 years of age and no older than 75
- Attentive to detail and able to accurately follow our package scanning process
- Live within 25 miles to zip code 60007
- Own a reliable and registered High-roof Sprinter Van or 12ft Box Truck that would be used for this contract (2008 or newer)
- Have and maintain state minimum requirements for bodily injury and property damage as primary auto insurance
- At your choice: maintain your own workers' compensation insurance or participate in the Occupational Accident Insurance program
- Ability to frequently lift up to 80 lbs
- Be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and online training modules
- Have a clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last three years
- Have an android or iOS smartphone to use for GPS and order scanning
- Willing to drive in inclement weather to service our customers

Adherence to customer required professional appearance standards:
- Solid white and/or royal blue polo shirt
- Solid colored pants (no athletic wear or sweatpants)
- Comfortable shoes/boots (no flip-flops, high heels, sandals, etc)
- Driver badge (supplied by Associated Couriers) prominently displayed
