SUMMARY:
Our Accounting Clerk is one of the faces of our organization, and therefore should have excellent people and communication skills in order to best work with our customers, and vendors. They must provide efficient and professional support to Management Staff. They are responsible for several general clerical duties which include, but are not limited to, making and answering phone calls, emailing or distributing messages, filing, scanning, creating reports, processing invoices and credits, managing supplies and entering data. May report to multiple managers and must be able to perform with minimal direct supervision while maintaining the main office areas. Assist management by contributing fresh ideas for improvement that help us be more effective and efficient.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all required documents involved in posting invoices and issuing/denying credits.
- Compile, copy, scan, sort and file documents as needed.
- Assist with entering small parcel claims.
- Compile and process data. Generate and prepare documents as requested.
- Operate office machinery such as copy machines, scanners, printers, radios, tablets and personal computers.

- A strong sense of urgency and impeccable follow through.
- Ability to work independently or in group settings.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.

- Strong computer skills with an emphasis in typing, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors and customers.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Able to report to work on time each workday.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethics.

Pay Rate Based on Experience.
Health insurance offered after 3-month probation period.
