Technician

On Time Performance is currently seeking a hardworking, motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a services technician. Our company provides exterior cleaning, with services ranging from pressure washing to dryer vent, window, roof, gutter, and carpet cleaning. Technicians supports company operations by performing all tasks at customer/ clients property as determined by management. The duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely, professionally, and in a timely manner that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations while providing excellent overall customer service. Our company primarily focuses on the multi-family housing industry.

EXTENDED OVERNIGHT TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

MUST BE COMFORTABLE ON LADDERS.

**POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT ROLE**

KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES- (include but are not limited to):

• Properly use the pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces using the correct cleaning solution, take precautions to protect the surrounding areas then rinse the solution from all exterior surfaces.
• Properly use dryer vent equipment to include a rotobrush system for interior services and an advance reverse air technology system for exterior services.
• Properly use rotovac carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow scope of work and communicate any change order requests to Owner
• Detail oriented and have a willingness to achieve the best possible results with the goal of customer satisfaction to minimize the customer call backs/ complaints.
• Keep all equipment clean and maintained after each use.
• Operate company equipment in a safe manner, help maintain a clean and orderly work vehicle.
• Notify Owner of any equipment accidents, malfunctions, or damages.
• Promptly inform Owner of any injury, issues/disputes with homeowner/Client, and damage to structures or company tools/equipment.
• Continually update job knowledge by participating in training, following all company polices, safety rules and procedures.
• Receive and implement verbal and/or written instructions.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned, in an efficient and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to carry heavy ladders and be comfortable on ladders and roofs.
• Must be capable of driving a truck and trailer.
• Must be capable of extended overnight travel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that positively benefits interaction with other team members and homeowners/clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Must be detailed oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good decision-making skills, with the ability to solve problems or challenges.
• Good comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through written and/or verbal communication.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift & carry items up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently and repetitively move the whole body to perform tasks such as, lifting, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling, and the handling of various materials.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Stoop, kneel, and crouch in awkward positions.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Willingness to work in varying climate conditions.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School degree or equivalent and/or
• Minimum of 1-year experience in exterior cleaning services industry preferred but not required, and
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.
