On Time Staffing is seeking a warehouse lead for our facility in Waddell, Arizona.
The starting pay rate is $20 per hour.
Shift Availability:
- First shift: 8am-4:30pm
- First shift: 10am-6:30pm
Job Description:
The Operations Lead oversees the daily coordination and supervision of all warehouse activities. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor and ensures that receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes align with company objectives.
- Ensures efficient and safe operation of material handling equipment
- Participates in establishing work schedules and ensures correct implementation
- Oversees job completion and maintains a clean, neat, and orderly workspace
- Maintains product locator systems and optimizes space utilization
- Assists in maintaining warehouse security and conducts operations promoting safety
Key Responsibilities:
- At least one year of forklift operator experience and/or warehouse distribution equipment expertise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and analytical/mathematical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods and work extended hours
- Reliable transportation required
- Lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary in certain areas
